We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Extrawide™ range of barns, these striking buildings add superior width to each bay. For those who are after something particularly unique our bespoke service caters for one off designs.

Planning Permission & Permitted Development

Planning rules governing oak barns relate to the buildings size and position in relation to your property. In some cases structures can be erected in your garden or surrounding land without the need to apply for planning as they fall within the parameters of permitted development. We have designed two ranges of Classic Barns for clients properties that meet the permitted development criteria. We can send you these designs along with our easy to read guide to permitted development.

If you need assistance with Planning and Building Regulation matters, our initial consultation will establish the requirements for your project. We offer a design and planning service, our team can submit your planning drawings including location and block plans specific to your site, they will liase with planning officers and handle the entire planning and building regualtions applications on your behalf.
